Initial Consultation: A 15-minute session to understand your needs and challenges.
Customized Action Plan: Identification of areas for improvement and development of a tailored plan.
Plan Implementation: One-on-one coaching or training sessions to execute the action plan.
Ongoing Assessment: Regular progress evaluations and adjustments to the action plan as needed.
